After the coronavirus outbreak, Neamatallah returned to Lebanon seeking stability, and he decided to establish a youth organization in his hometown. However, the August 4 explosion shattered his plans, as he sustained a severe head injury. Neamatallah was evacuated to the hospital, but his heart had already stopped beating.
