Habib was at the office of the company he worked at on August 4, 2020. He broke his teeth and lost his left eye as a result of the blast. He was in a coma for six weeks after the explosion during which he was fed through feeding tubes connected to his stomach. Today, he suffers from amnesia and speech difficulties. He follows up with a hearing specialist and a speech therapist.
