Hicham Sabat, Lebanese born in 1969, was severely injured in the August 4 blast while working in a beauty salon in Achrafiye. Hicham’s lower back was fractured impeding his movement, and causing a permanent disability due to the lack of treatment. Hicham only takes painkillers to relieve the pain.
