Alexander Manesliane, Lebanese born in 1992, used to work in an import-export office at the port of Beirut. On August 4, 2020, he came back home from work and decided to sleep. He was awakened by an explosive sound, which caused him to lose hearing in his left ear. Doctors predicted a six-month period for recovery, but, unfortunately, it is now confirmed that his hearing loss is permanent. Alexander currently lives in Germany and works at a Bosch factory.
